Man being dragged by pickup calls 911

We're not exactly sure what to say about this video, other than to point out yet again that the world can be a messed-up place to live. A man walking in the parking lot of what we think is Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, was hit by another motorist in a white truck. We can't say whether it was on purpose or malicious... until the driver seemingly chose not to stop and make sure the man he hit was uninjured.
